City of Toronto Customer Service Research Project

Hello everyone,

Alex (noted below) is part of a team that is doing research to understand how residents and businesses engage with certain City of Toronto services (e.g. obtaining a building permit, visiting a city park or city-sponsored event, garbage and recycling collection, paying a parking ticket, affordable housing support), and how the current experience might be improved. They work for Deloitte, a consulting firm contracted by the City of Toronto to conduct this research on their behalf.

They are looking to speak to businesses who are part of this BIA to ensure that their perspectives are represented in our findings. The interviews could be done over the phone or in person and would take about one hour.

The survey takes less than 5 mins to complete and is a short questionnaire asking if the respondent would be willing to participate in an interview / focus group, collecting basic contact information, and asking about City services that the respondent has used: https://cotsurvey.chkmkt.com/CoTcustomerexperience1
